We’re looking for a middleweight designer with web & graphic experience to join our team to elevate our brand and bring real value to our clients.
You’ll be designing websites, logos and artwork.
As a growing agency, taking on increasingly exciting web projects, we thought the time had come to hire our own in-house maestro.

About You
Applicants should ideally have at least one-year agency experience, we want you to be able to hit the ground running when you start, but there will be opportunity to train and learn.
Here’s some of the other things we’re looking for:
* Please note we have a couple of very talented coders so you won’t need to know the horrible depths of development. We really need you to be able make things look really good, to do that you need to understand how website content flows.

Tools of the Trade
We’re looking for a designer who is an expert user of Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly Photoshop + Illustrator) and has some knowledge of and the desire to learn other software.
You’ll be used to working in an AGILE team and have some knowledge of LEAN Startup methodology, Google Design Sprints and DesignOps.
You’ll be of the opinion that Material Design 2 is extremely, extremely cool.
We’ll supply you with a premium computer with a 4k screen and a HD 2nd screen, as well as other accessories you need to do a brilliant job.

The best candidates will progress to the interview stage, which will be held soon after the closing date in our Glasgow office.
The salary range is £18,000 – £24,000 depending on experience. The successful candidate may be eligible for pay rise after a year depending on performance. The successful candidate is expected to work alongside the team in our Glasgow office.
As you’ll be our dedicated in-house designer a service offering will be created around your skill sets.
